AS400 COBOL and RPG Business Rules Extraction Made Easy

Using Databorough's newly redesigned AS400 System i Application Design Recovery module, clients can perform a whole host of AS400 COBOL and RPG business rule extraction operations. This module scours legacy RPG applications to identify and document AS400 COBOL and RPG business rules, allowing them to be extracted and exported to dedicated databases and alternative file formats. UML extraction operations are also supported by this module.

For client/server and online programming models driven by Java and J2ee technologies, the XA-Open Overview module offers powerful features. It supports the instantaneous sharing and exchange of cross-referenced data repositories over local area networks and allows clients to link their repositories to a preexisting AS400 System i destination and create cross-referenced repositories over both Visual Basic and Power-Builder-driven systems in addition to Java-based systems. It also features handy plugin capabilities as standalone utilities for these systems. This module is shipped to clients who order the X-Analysis package as an add-on option.
